1. General Rules
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the ef888 platform, including the website ef888.im, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all products and services offered under the ef888 brand including sports betting, live casino, baccarat, PSL betting, football betting and the ef888 VIP Club.
By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on ef888, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing ef888 voluntarily as a recreational activity, that you are the rightful owner of the payment methods you use, and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
ef888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any member at any time. Failure to provide documents when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is complete. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and applies to all Pakistani members equally.
Important: These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ef888. They supersede any previous versions and any verbal or written promises made outside of this document. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not use ef888.
2. Account Registration
Each individual Pakistani member is permitted to hold exactly one ef888 account. Registering multiple accounts — under the same name, address, payment method, IP address, device or household — is strictly prohibited. ef888 uses automated systems to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended and any winnings or bonus funds within them will be voided.
2.1 Information Accuracy
You must provide your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid payment method during registration. ef888 does not accept registrations using false, borrowed or fabricated identities. The name on your ef888 account must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your ef888 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ef888 will never ask you for your password via chat, email or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately. ef888 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the member has not taken reasonable precautions to keep their credentials private.
2.3 Inactive Accounts
An ef888 account is considered inactive if no login, bet or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. ef888 may apply a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts. You will be notified by the mobile number registered on your account before any fee is applied. Account balances will not be reduced below zero.
To keep your ef888 account active and avoid any administration fees, simply log in and place at least one bet every 12 months. The ef888 platform is available 24/7 on any Pakistani smartphone.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on ef888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ef888 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. ef888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa debit and Mastercard debit.
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on ef888 is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your ef888 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified members, though ef888 may request additional verification for deposits above Rs 500,000 in a single transaction.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal from ef888 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page at the time of your request. Standard members receive same-day processing. Gold VIP and above receive priority processing. Diamond VIP members receive near-instant processing. ef888 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal where the documents have not yet been verified.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same ef888 account, or to methods registered in the same verified name as the account. ef888 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or methods not registered on your account. Where a bonus has been credited, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
Note: ef888 may delay or decline withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, match-fixing involvement, bonus abuse or money laundering. In such cases, ef888 will notify you of the hold and may request supporting documentation.
4. Betting Rules
All bets placed on ef888 are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. ef888 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or manual pricing mistake, and will notify affected members promptly.
ef888 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, football and other sports. Live in-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended or closed, which typically occurs a few seconds before or after a significant in-game event. ef888 cannot accept responsibility for bets placed after a significant event has occurred if the market remained temporarily open due to a data feed delay.

4.1 Bet Settlement
Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition. For PSL cricket, ef888 uses official PCB results. For football, ef888 uses official FIFA, UEFA or league body results. In cases of dispute, ef888's trading team determination is final.
4.2 Maximum Winnings
ef888 applies maximum winning limits per event and per market type. These limits are displayed on the relevant market at the time of betting. Single bets on major cricket and football matches carry higher maximum limits than accumulator bets. Current maximum limits are: Rs 10,000,000 per single event; Rs 5,000,000 per accumulator. ef888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
4.3 Void Bets
A bet may be voided on ef888 in circumstances including: match abandoned without a result (unless settlement rules specify otherwise), postponement beyond 24 hours of original scheduled time, proven pricing error by ef888, or evidence of match manipulation involving the event in question. Voided bets are returned to your wallet at the original stake amount.
5. Live Casino Rules
ef888's live casino products — including live baccarat, live roulette, Dragon Tiger and all other live dealer games — are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. In all cases, the decision of the live dealer and the game result as determined by the software provider is final. ef888 acts as the operator; any technical issues with individual games are subject to the game provider's own rules regarding void rounds.
The minimum bet on ef888 live casino tables starts at Rs 100 for standard rooms and rises to Rs 10,000 minimum for VIP baccarat rooms. Maximum bets per hand or per round vary by table and are displayed within the game interface. ef888 does not permit the use of automated betting scripts, bots or any third-party software to interact with live casino games.
5.1 Disconnection Policy
In the event of a connection loss during a live casino round, ef888 follows the game provider's disconnection policy which typically treats an incomplete hand or round as void if no cards have been dealt or no game outcome has been determined. Where a partial outcome exists, the result stands as it was at the point of disconnection. ef888 recommends a stable connection when playing live casino games on any Pakistani mobile network.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
ef888 bonuses are designed to reward genuine activity — not to be exploited through coordinated abuse
All bonuses and promotional offers on ef888 are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the promotion. These Terms form the umbrella framework within which all promotional terms operate. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonuses credited to your ef888 wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Bets placed on void markets or at odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus wagering requirements on ef888.
6.1 Bonus Abuse
ef888 takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other members to exploit a promotion, using systematically low-risk betting patterns that are inconsistent with genuine recreational use, and hedging bonus-funded bets across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it removed, and may be suspended or permanently closed.
6.2 Accumulator Boost
The ef888 accumulator boost available to VIP members is applied automatically at settlement. The boost percentage depends on your VIP tier at the time the bet is settled, not the time it was placed. The boost applies to the profit portion of a winning accumulator only — the stake is returned separately. ef888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the accumulator boost with reasonable notice to affected members.

7. VIP Club
The ef888 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Membership at each tier is based on cumulative bet volume within a rolling period as defined on the VIP Club page. ef888 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits and the rolling period with reasonable notice.
VIP status on ef888 is earned through genuine betting activity and is not transferable between accounts or members. Points and tier progress are lost upon account closure, regardless of the reason for closure. ef888 may, at its discretion, remove or adjust a member's VIP tier if their account shows signs of fraudulent or abusive activity.
Weekly cashback payments to VIP members are calculated on net losses over the preceding seven days and credited as a bonus subject to a one-time wagering requirement of 1x. Cashback is credited every Monday morning. ef888 does not apply cashback retroactively for periods prior to a member reaching a cashback-eligible VIP tier.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ef888 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Registering or using ef888 if you are under 18 years of age
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage
- Registering more than one account on ef888
- Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with ef888's betting markets or casino games
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes or software glitches for financial gain
- Using ef888 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Sharing or selling access to your ef888 account
- Coordinating bets with other members to manipulate market movements or guarantee returns across accounts
- Harassing, threatening or abusing ef888 staff or other members through any communication channel
ef888 cooperates with Pakistani law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required by law. Any account suspected of involvement in illegal activity will be frozen immediately and relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
ef888 may suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ef888 reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. In most cases involving non-fraudulent activity, ef888 will contact the member before taking action and provide an opportunity to respond.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be voided. Legitimate funds — meaning deposits made with your own money minus any amounts attributable to fraud — will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
Members who wish to close their own ef888 account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests under ef888's responsible gaming framework are processed within 24 hours and block access to all ef888 products for the chosen exclusion period.
10. Privacy and Data
ef888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering on ef888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. ef888 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.
ef888 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies where required for the lawful operation of the ef888 platform. All data handling is conducted with appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access.
11. Responsible Gaming
ef888 is committed to providing a safe betting environment for all Pakistani members. The platform offers a range of tools designed to help members stay in control of their betting activity. - Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

12. Limitation of Liability
ef888 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While ef888 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, the platform cannot guarantee that the website, mobile platform or any of its products will always be available without interruption, delay or technical errors. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance wherever possible.
ef888's liability to any member for losses arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of the stake placed on the specific bet or game round in question. ef888 is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of profits or any financial loss arising from a member's decision to bet based on information provided on the ef888 platform.

Members should verify important information independently before placing large bets.
13. Amendments to These Terms
ef888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ef888 will notify registered Pakistani members via the mobile number or email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ef888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Minor updates — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially change the substance of any clause, or regulatory compliance updates — may be made without advance notice. The version number and last-updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version of these Terms.
If you disagree with an amendment to these Terms, you may close your ef888 account before the effective date of the change and your legitimate balance will be returned to you. Closing your account does not exempt you from the Terms applicable at the time of any bets or transactions already placed.
